Sukabumi, September 27, 2025 In order to improve the competence of educational staff, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a capacity building event in Selabintana, Sukabumi on September 27-28, 2025. This event aimed to improve the cohesiveness of the educational staff at FEB UIN Jakarta. 
Head of the FEB Administration Department, Imam Thobroni, stated that this activity is an effort by FEB to improve employee synergy. “This activity is very important for us to foster a sense of togetherness and cohesiveness among employees,” said Imam enthusiastically. The event, which was attended by all educational staff, included presentations on excellent service and building team synergy, delivered by Imam Thobroni and Erika Amelia, Deputy Dean of General Administration. 
Erika Amelia, Deputy Dean of General Administration, which covers personnel matters, said that this activity in Sukabumi was an effort by FEB to improve the competence and capacity of its employees. “These two days are an important agenda to improve the capacity and competence of FEB employees. The hope is that by participating in this activity, the services provided by employees to the academic community, both students and lecturers, will be even better,” said the accounting lecturer.

FEB librarian Nenden feels grateful to be able to participate in this activity with her colleagues. “As a new employee, I feel grateful to be able to participate in this activity. FEB now feels like home to me with the friendliness and familiarity of the employees,” said Nenden, who is accompanied by Imas as the manager of the FEB library.
