SOUTH TANGERANG, September 17, 2026 – In an effort to enhance the quality of research conducted by the academic community, the Educational Laboratory Unit (PLP), in collaboration with the Doctoral Program in Islamic Banking (DPS) at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, organized a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) workshop.
Under the theme “Building a Systematic Literature Review to Support High-Quality Academic Research,” the event took place in the Computer Lab on the 3rd floor of the FEB UIN Jakarta building and ran from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. WIB.
The event was officially opened by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Dr. Sofyan Rizal, M.Si. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of mastering systematic literature review methods for academics and researchers to produce scholarly works that are not only comprehensive but also meet high publication standards.

This workshop featured a leading expert in the field, Prof. Sri Rahayu Hijrah Hati, SE., M.Si., Ph.D. (Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia), as the keynote speaker. She provided an in-depth explanation of the techniques, stages, and practical strategies for conducting a well-structured and accurate Systematic Literature Review to support research in the fields of economics and Islamic banking.
Through this training, participants—comprising doctoral students, faculty members, and researchers—were equipped with hands-on technical skills using computer lab facilities to process literature data objectively, transparently, and in a replicable manner.
This event is expected to serve as a catalyst for boosting the productivity and quality of scientific publications from the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta on both the national and international stages. (AC)
