South Tangerang, September 26, 2026 – The Tax Center of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta once again hosted the prestigious national Grand Final of Taxtival 2026 today, Saturday, September 26, 2026. Held in the Theater Room on the 5th floor of the FEB Building on Ibnu Sina Street, this event successfully brought together talented young people from various universities across Indonesia.
Taxtival 2026 is a comprehensive tax education and competition platform featuring a variety of engaging activities, including an Essay Competition, Tax Infographic Contest, Tax Video Contest, Tax Olympiad, and culminating in a national seminar. This series of events is designed to test students’ creativity, critical thinking skills, and in-depth understanding of current tax issues in Indonesia.

In the Tax Essay Competition—one of the main events—the competition was extremely fierce, resulting in the emergence of top national teams. Based on the judges’ evaluation in the final round, first place was won by Team Pajackpot from the University of Indonesia. They were followed by Team Taxforce from PKN STAN in second place, and Team AS from PKN STAN in third place.
Meanwhile, the excitement continued in the Theater Hall of the FEB Building at UIN Jakarta as the Tax Olympiad round took place today. This tax trivia/Bingo competition brought together a strong team from the University of Indonesia and two teams representing Bina Nusantara University (Binus), who competed against each other in strategy and agility to answer various tax questions quickly and accurately.

Dwi Rahmawati, Chair of the UIN Jakarta Tax Center, expressed her appreciation and enthusiasm for the event. She noted that Taxtival 2026 is expected to have a broad positive impact on the participants.
“We hope that Taxtival 2026 will broaden participants’ knowledge of taxation and provide them with competitive experience, whether they come from public or private universities,” said Dwi.
Through the organization of Taxtival 2026, the Tax Center at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Jakarta is committed to continuing to play an active role in raising tax awareness among the younger generation and fostering future tax professionals who are highly professional and possess strong integrity.
