Jakarta, December 10, 2025. The Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, invited Dr. Ali Nasser Al Tahitah from the Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM) to be a visiting lecturer. The visiting lecturer activity was guided by Dr. Dumyati Bashori, a lecturer in the management study program.

The Dean of FEB, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si, said that visiting lecturer activities continue to be scheduled to encourage the internationalization program of FEB. “FEB continues to schedule visiting lecturer activities like this to support the internationalization program of FEB. This time we welcome our fellow lecturer from USIM Malaysia,” said the Dean. In line with Prof. Qizam, the head of the management study program, Murdiyah Hayati, said that this visiting lecturer activity was intended to provide a new experience of studying with foreign lecturers. “For this visiting lecturer, we invited a lecturer from USIM Malaysia. We hope that students will gain a new experience of studying with foreign lecturers who are fluent in English and Arabic,” said Murdiyah.

In his presentation, Ali Nasser discussed the topic of human resources management. “In this era of artificial intelligence, we need to positively leverage AI developments for decision-making in human resources,” said Ali Nasser.

This activity strengthens research competencies and equips students to navigate digital transformation in human resources development. (AC)
