Jakarta, August 28, 2025 Three Vice Deans of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta welcomed the new students of 2025 at the FEB Building on Jalan Ibnu Sina. 1,091 new students attended the Academic and Student Culture Introduction (PBAK) event, which lasted for three days. On this occasion, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Sofyan Rizal, M.Si, welcomed the students and advised them to make the most of their time at university so that they could graduate on time. “Welcome, selected students of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Make the most of your time at university so that you can graduate on time and be highly competitive,” said Sofyan.

The Vice Dean for General Administration, Dr. Erika Amelia, M.Si, in the second session, conveyed a similar message while introducing the facilities and infrastructure available in the FEB Building. “I congratulate the 1091 new FEB students. This is our building, our faculty, and our campus. Let's take care of it together for the comfort of our studies,” said Erika.

On the last occasion, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, Dr. Asyari Hasan, M.Ag, delivered his message to the new students. "Study well because you are the chosen ones from your hometowns, some of you are from Aceh, Padang, Lampung, West Java, Kalimantan, Makassar, and even Papua. Make the most of your time in college so that you not only excel academically but also in other non-academic activities,” Asyari said, greeted by applause from the new students.

Syauqi, a new student from Jatinegara, is very enthusiastic about participating in the PBAK. “I left early in the morning on my motorcycle to get to the UIN campus. I’m so happy to be part of the FEB UIN Jakarta,” said Syauqi in the warm morning sun.
