Jakarta, September 24, 2025 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held an open senate meeting in commemoration of its 68th anniversary. The event, held at the Harun Nasution Auditorium, was attended by the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Nasarudin Umar, MA., the Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, PhD, and the entire academic community of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

On this occasion, the Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta presented awards to outstanding members of the academic community, one of which was the Innovative and Dedicated Head of Department award given to the Head of the FEB Administration Department, Imam Thobroni. The award certificate was handed over directly by the Chair of the Senate, Prof. Dr. Dede Rosyada, MA. Imam Thobroni expressed his gratitude for the award, saying that it was the result of teamwork. “Alhamdulillah, we are grateful to Allah and thank everyone. This is the result of teamwork, not my individual work,” said the man who is familiarly called Mas Imam.

Deputy Dean of General Administration, Erika Amelia, congratulated him on his achievement. “Congratulations to Mas Imam as the recipient of the Innovative and Dedicated Head of Department award. May FEB continue to improve and get even better,” said Erika.
